As an exception to the general rule, out of town it is possible to overtake another vehicle on the right when:
The maneuver is carried out on one-way carriageways .
On roads that have more than two lanes for each direction, the right lane is free and the center and left lanes are occupied .
The driver of the vehicle to be overtaken is clearly indicating his intention to change direction to the left or to stop on that side provided there is sufficient space .
