I only have 4 points left on my points license and I just received a ticket for a traffic light that I recently burned , which is punishable by a fine and a withdrawal of 4 points < 2> So if I pay the fixed fine , my license will be withdrawn for lack of points . However , the pictures do not allow to know who was the driver . Can I propose to a friend , for remuneration , to agree to be designated in my place as driver in the request for exemption so that it is he who will pay the fine and have the points withdrawn ?
