While I am on this roundabout intersection, this Ford vehicle cuts me off by traveling on the left and against the direction . It emits a 2-tone siren and there is a blue flashing light on the roof (hidden by the interior rear-view mirror on this photo) . There is no inscription or logo on the bodywork but there is a 'Police' mark on the passenger sun visor (circled in red) . Does it have priority ?
