When the reason for stopping the vehicle is the drivers intention to reverse.
When the reason for stopping the vehicle is performing the duty of allowing pedestrians an untroubled and safe crossing of the carriageway on a pedestrian crossing or the duty to give way when turning left.
If the driver is compelled to stop due to the traffic situation especially due to dense traffic.
