A driver shall not enter an intersection if the situation does not permit him/her to continue driving through and beyond the intersection, so that he/she would be compelled to stop the vehicle at the intersection. This is not valid:
When the reason for stopping the vehicle is the drivers intention to reverse in the intersection or in its vicinity.
When the reason to stop the vehicle is performing the duty to allow pedestrians an untroubled and safe crossing of the carriageway on a pedestrian crossing or the duty to give way when turning left.
When the reason to stop the vehicle was due to dense traffic stopping the vehicles driving in front of him/her.
